Where Are You Located?

I tattoo at my shop Fern and Dagger Studios at 133 NE 3rd St, Gresham, OR, 97030

What Styles of Tattoos Do You Like to Do?

While I enjoy working in a variety of styles and subject matters, I’m typically inspired by all things flora and fauna. Much of my artistic interest lies in exploring the natural world.

I specialize in: Neotraditional, Illustrative, Geometric, Blackwork, and Realism

What Do You Charge?

I charge $200 an hour. I also have a Flat Day Rate of $1000 for larger projects (up to 6 hours).

Consultation appointments are free.

I Submitted a Request… Now What?

I carefully consider each request and will reply by email within a week. While I appreciate every submission, I choose to take on pieces that allow me to align my artistic focus and style with the client’s needs. If it’s a good fit I will email you to schedule a free consultation with me.

Why Do I Need a Consultation?

Consultations allow me, as the artist, to get to know each client and how I can best serve them. Getting a tattoo is a important decision and should be approached with careful consideration and planning. This appointment gives clients the opportunity to explain their ideas, preferences, and expectations to me. I can also provide feedback and suggestions while we discuss design and placement. I want to make sure each client feels comfortable with the process and my approach.

Consultations generally last 10-30 minutes. Afterward, you will provide your deposit to secure a time slot in my calendar for your tattoo appointment.

What Is the Deposit?

Depending on the length of the appointment, I require a $100-200 non-refundable deposit to secure a time slot in my calendar. Cash is preferable, but i also accept card through Square with an additional 3.5% service charge.

The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your tattoo. If you are getting a tattoo that requires more than one session, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment. This means that the full price of your first session will be due at the time of service and your deposit will stay in place to secure your following appointment.

Do you Take Card as Payment?

I do take card, however, there is a 3.5% transaction fee for card payments. Please keep this in mind and bring cash if you would like to avoid the transaction fee.

What if I Need to Reschedule or Cancel My Appointment?

Please give me at least 48 hours notice if you can’t make your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you forfeit your deposit and a new one will be needed to book another appointment.

The deposit helps cover my time and effort spent preparing for the appointment, such as drawing up a custom design and setting up equipment. However, please understand that missed appointments will result in me losing potential income for that time slot.

When Will I See My Tattoo Design?

Tattoo designs will be shown on the day of the appointment. I respect the level of trust needed in getting a permanent mark and work hard to create something that you will be happy with. I’ll make sure we’re both satisfied with the design and can usually make any adjustments if necessary on the day of the appointment.
